4 Men Arrested On Sex Charges In 1 Day: Rhode Island State Police

The men were arrested at a state park, a casino and outside one of their homes, police said.

Three Rhode Island men and a man from Massachusetts were arrested on a variety of sex charges Monday, police said.

Richard Lallier, 34, a resident of Rehoboth, Massachusetts, was arrested about 2 p.m. at Lincoln Woods State Park on charges of indecent solicitation of a minor and disseminating indecent material to a minor, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

"Mr. Lallier was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and turned over to federal law enforcement," the release said.

About four hours later, Joshua Lincoln, 27, was arrested on charges of indecent Solicitation of a minor and disseminating indecent material to a minor, according to the release.

Lincoln was captures after a brief foot pursuit after he made a run for it from his North Providence home, the release said.

Lincoln was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released, according to police.

Then, about 9 p.m., two men were arrested at Bally's Twin River Casino in Lincoln, police said.

Jacob Palazzo, 26, a resident of Cranston, was charged with indecent solicitation of a minor, according to the release, and Johnston resident Franco Miccoli, 60, was charged with procurement of sexual contact for a fee.

Palazzo and Miccoli also were processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released, the release said.

All four men were investigated by the state police Special Victims Unit, per the release.

The Special Victims Unit was assisted in arresting the men by the state police Major Crimes Unit, Gaming Enforcement Unit, Tactical Team and Patrol Bureau, as well as the FBI and Naval Criminal Investigative Service, the release said.
