Cranston Man Arrested At Bally's Lincoln Casino: Cops
He was charged with obtaining property by false pretenses or personation and conspiracy, police said.
LINCOLN, RI — A Cranston man was arrested at Bally's Lincoln casino on charges of obtaining property by false pretenses or personation and conspiracy, police said.
Cheng Chen, 58, was arrested about 11 p.m. Sept. 18, the Rhode Island State Police said.
"The arrest was the result of a Gaming Enforcement Unit investigation for incidents which occurred at Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino Resort between" Aug. 16 and Sept. 1, the release said.

Chen was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond, according to police.
