Cumberland Man Charged With DUI After Crash in Lincoln: Cops
The Cumberland man was also charged with reckless driving, police said.
LINCOLN, RI — A Cumberland man was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence following a crash in Lincoln, police said.
Ethan McDermott, 22, was arrested shortly after midnight Friday as a "result of an investigation into a motor vehicle crash on Route 146," the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
McDermott was also charged with reckless driving and other offenses against public safety and refusal to submit to a chemical test, according to the release.

"McDermott was transported to Rhode Island Hospital/Brown University Health, where he was evaluated/treated for his injuries, and later released with a notice to appear in Third Division District Court," the release said.
