Massachusetts Man Charged With Robbing Elderly Woman At Lincoln Casino: Cops
The Winchester man was caught on surveillance video, police said.

LINCOLN, RI — A Massachusetts man was charged with robbing an elderly woman at Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino, police said.
Cody Paigen, 20, was charged with first-degree robbery in connection with the Jan. 19 caper, the Lincoln Police Department said in a media release.

The Lincoln police previously circulated surveillance stills of a "person of interest" connected to the investigation of a "robbery involving an elderly female" at the casino on that date.

The person pictured in the surveillance stills was wearing a sweatsuit and matching stocking cap, and was holding a woman's handbag.

Paigen, a Winchester resident, was taken to the Adult Correctional Institutions Intake Center and held pending his arraignment Monday at the Kent County Courthouse.
