Pawtucket Man Charged With Damaging Lincoln Casino Video Lottery Terminal: Cops

The Pawtucket man was arrested by the Rhode Island State Police Gaming Enforcement Unit, police said.

LINCOLN, RI — A Pawtucket man was charged with damaging a Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino video lottery terminal, police said.

Ramon Rodriguez, 37, was arrested Tuesday by the Rhode Island State Police Gaming Enforcement Unit on a charge of vandalism or malicious damage to a video lottery terminal, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.

"Mr. Rodriguez was taken into custody at Bally's Twin River Casino and transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing," the release said.

Rodriguez was arraigned, released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bail and issued a Third District Court Date, according to police.
