Providence Man Speeding From Cops In Stolen Car Crashes Into Other Driver: Cops
The Providence man led the law on a high-speed chase before slamming into another car, police said.

PROVIDENCE, RI — A Providence man driving a stolen car led the law on a high-speed chase before slamming into another vehicle, police said.
Antonio Cueva, 30, was charged with eluding law enforcement, driving so as to endanger, driving without consent of a vehicle's owner and domestic violence following the Wednesday night police pursuit.
An officer spotted Cueva speeding without his headlights on near the corner of Manton Avenue and Plainfield Street shortly after 11 p.m. and gave chase, according to a police report.

Cueva blew through stoplights and stop signs, sometimes driving in the wrong lane, before crashing into another car near the corner of Dave Gavitt Way and Broadway, the report said.
Both Cueva and the driver of the car he crashed into were taken to Rhode Island Hospital, according to the report.
