Woonsocket Man Charged With DUI After Crash In Lincoln: Cops
He was taken to Rhode Island Hospital in Providence for "minor complaints of pain," police said.
LINCOLN, RI — A Woonsocket man was charged with driving under the influence after a crash in Lincoln, police said.
Bernard Hilton, 65, was arrested shortly before 7:30 p.m. Sept. 23, the Rhode Island State Police said in a media release.
Hilton was also charged with refusing to submit to a chemical test, according to the release.

"The arrest was the result of troopers responding to a motor vehicle crash on Route 99," the release said.
Hilton was taken to Rhode Island Hospital in Providence "for minor complaints of pain and misdemeanor released with a future Third Division District Court date," according to police.
