2020 Washington County Fair Goes Virtual
The summer tradition was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

RICHMOND, RI — This year's Washington County Fair is going virtual. After the South County summer standby was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic, the event's organizers got creative and set up online versions of music, games and more.
The virtual fair will be held from Aug. 12 to 16. Live music acts will be livestreamed each night from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m., featuring artists including Tim Charron, The Dugger Band, Kevin Herchen, Stephanie Quayle and more.
The event will also feature online contests, games, fundraising for local vendors and more. Further details are expected closer to the fair dates.
