KINGSTON, RI — Three Rhode Island beaches are back open to swimming. Bacteria levels at Ginny B’s Campground in Foster, Kent County YMCA in Warwick and Kingston’s Camp in Kingston are back to safe levels, the Department of Health said.
The beachfront at Camp Canonicus in Exeter remains closed.
