401-274-4400 Hotline Available Tuesday for Voting Problems

Alleged violations can be reported to Assistant Attorney General Thomas Palombo at 401-274-4400, ext. 2296.

A hotline will be available Tuesday for voters who experience problems at the polls.

Alleged violations can be reported to Assistant Attorney General Thomas Palombo at 401-274-4400, ext. 2296. Voters can first try to resolve the issue with election wardens or town clerks.

“Rhode Islanders must have confidence in the voting system if they are to have confidence in the government officials elected,” said Attorney General Peter Kilmartin in a statement. “Working with our law enforcement partners and the Board of Elections, all allegations of election fraud will be properly investigated and when determined to have taken place, prosecuted.”
