Jennifer's Chocolates will close its on Feb. 18. The confectionary has been a fixture at the , and will consolidate its operation to that single location on Old Tower Hill Road. The Robinson Street store opened 5 years ago.
"I wanted just one location," said Jennifer Dowell, owner of Jennifer's Chocolates. "It's more than twice the work having two locations and the mall has always been good for the shop, so I wanted to go back to just the one spot."

Stop in Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturdays from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. or on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and taste some of Jennifer's tasty morsels.
After Valentine's Day, Dowell said she will be selling her surplus supplies in a moving sale - supplies, equipment and furniture she won't need at the other store.

Subway is moving into the Boss Arena, 1 Keaney Road, Kingston, later this month. Owner Paul Gencarelli already operates another at the top of URI's campus. Gencarelli said the sandwich shop would be open daily from 7 a.m. - 9 p.m., but noted that hours could change depending on game schedules.
"Our primary business is going to be from the hockey teams and student athletes," said Gencarelli. "It will be more convenient for people on Lower College Road, too."
Gencarelli said his Fortin Road shop was testing on-campus deliveries and may include them at the new location.
