The following cases were heard before Judge Mary McCaffrey in Fourth District Court.

Jeffrey Zaremba, 36, of 8 Lindsey Drive in Narragansett entered no plea to a charge of felony subsequent domestic assault on a female victim on Dec. 1 in Jerusalem. He also pleaded not guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct on the same date. He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance and a no-contact order has been placed for the victim. A felony screening conference has been scheduled for January 19, 2011.
Matthew Callaghan, 19, of 15 Lookout Lane in South Kingstown entered no plea to felony conspiracy to deliver controlled substances and delivery of marijuana on October 15, 2010 in South Kingstown. He was released on $10,000 personal recognizance and a felony court date has been scheduled for January 19.
Nicholas Constant, 28, of 204 Coit Ave, in West Warwick was dismissed of a charge of larceny on September 29 in South Kingstown upon payment of $150 to the victim indemnity fund.

Christina Jolin, 21, of 89 Cleveland St. in North Providence was dismissed of a charge of transportation of alcohol by a minor on September 24 upon payment of a $250 fine.
Lisa Tibbits, 44, of 2040 Post Road in South Kingstown pleaded no contest to a reduced charge of reckless driving with the original charge of driving under the influence of alcohol on October 26 in Charlestown. She was fined $94.50 and received a 30-day loss of her license. She was also remanded to alcohol assessment.

Mark Albergaria, 19, of 59 Hill Top Rd. in Charlestown pleaded not guilty to transportation of alcohol by a minor, possession of marijuana, and driving in possession of controlled substances on Nov. 13 in South Kingstown. He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for Dec. 16.
Yvonne Arnold, 45, of 509 High St. pleaded not guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct on Nov. 10 in South Kingstown. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and pre-trial conference has been scheduled for Dec. 16.
Kerry Donovan, 21, of 51 Woodcock Trail in Charlestown pleaded no contest to a charge of driving with a suspended license in South Kingstown on Nov. 10. He was fined $250.
Justin Gallo, 18, of 121 Sand Plains Trail in South Kingstown pleaded no contest to a charge of disorderly conduct on Nov. 12 in South Kingstown. He was fined $93.50.
Allison Goodwin, 21, of 1216 Blythe Ave. in Drexel Hill, Penn. pleaded no contest to permitting consumption of alcohol by a minor on Nov. 7 in South Kingstown. She was fined $443.50.
Kayla LoFredo, 23, of 72 General Stanton Dr. in Charlestown pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated with an unknown BAC on October 9 in South Kingstown. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for Dec. 9.
Leah Krienberg, 20, of 20 South Baums Court in Livingston, N.J. pleaded no contest to a charge of permitting the consumption of alcohol of a minor on Nov. 7 in South Kingstown. She was fined $353.50.
Brandon Ramos, 24, of 35 Potter Lane in South Kingstown pleaded no contest to a charge of driving with a suspended license on Nov. 12 in South Kingstown. He was fined $250 plus costs.
Krista Kussoff, 20, of 451 N. Queens Ave. in Massapequa, N.Y. pleaded no contest to a charge of permitting the consumption of alcohol by a minor on Nov. 7 in South Kingstown. She was fined $353.50.
Rodney Sherman, 29, of 99 Fenner Hill Rd. in Hope Valley pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated with an unknown BAC on Nov. 13 in South Kingstown. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for Dec. 16.
Keven Salazar, 18, of 817 Carter Ave. In Pawtucket pleaded not guilty to a charge of fraudulent use of a credit card on October 17 in South Kingstown. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for Dec. 16.
Anthony Ferry, 20, of 35 Lennon Rd. in Lincoln pleaded not guilty to a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor on Nov. 11 in South Kingstown. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for Jan. 6.
Patrick Siereveld, 19, of 229 Pleasant St. in Hanson, Penn. pleaded not guilty to a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor on Nov. 12 in South Kingstown. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for Dec. 16.
Ryan Smith, 19, of 505 Centre St. in Milton, Mass. pleaded not guilty to a charge of possession of alcohol by a minor on Nov. 12 in South Kingstown. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for Dec. 16.
Tammy Sliney, 42, of 210 High St. pleaded not guilty to a charge of DWI with a BAC of .15 percent or greater on Nov. 14 in South Kingstown. She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for Dec. 16.
David McFillin, 19, of 3 Caswallen Dr. in Westchester, Penn. pleaded not guilty to a charge of transportation of alcohol by a minor on Nov. 10 in South Kingstown. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for Dec. 16.
Henry Rossignnol, 19, of 76 Secor Rd. in Scarsdale, N.Y. was dismissed of a charge of transportation of alcohol by a minor on September 19 in South Kingstown.
Samuel Kushner, 19, of 27 Owl Dr. in Sharon, Mass. pleaded not guilty to a charge of obstructing an officer in the execution of their duty and possession of alcohol by a minor. He was released on $2,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for Jan, 13.
Peter Liotta, 54, of 55 North Pasture Lane in South Kingstown pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving under the influence with a BAC greater than .15 percent on October 19 in South Kingstown. He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for Jan. 13.
