District Court Log: October 27, 2011

The following cases were heard before Associate Judge Mary McCaffrey in Fourth District Court in Wakefield.

  • Andrew Kerr, 23, of 23 Shields St. in Newport pleaded no contest toa  charge of disorderly conduct on October 15 in South Kingstown.  He was ordered to pay $93.50 in fines and court fees. 
  • Benjamin T. Dauteuil, 19, of 84 Mason Ave. in Cranston pleaded no contest to a charge of possession of marijuana on October 13 in South Kingstown.  He was ordered to pay $293.50 in fines and court fees.
  • Ann Marie Dzingle, 47, of 35 Indian Trail in Charlestown pleaded not guilty to a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol with an unknown BAC on October 10 in South Kingstown.  She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for November 3.
  • Kevin Andrews, 59, of 15 Fagan Ct. in South Kingstown pleaded not guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct on September 4 in South Kingstown.  He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for November 10.
  • Sarah Catanach, 18, of 54 Sunset Ave. in South Kingstown pleaded not guilty to a charge of misdemeanor domestic larceny on October 26 in South Kingstown.  She was released on $1,000 personal recognizance pursuant to a no-contact order against a female victim, and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for November 10. 
  • Ayodele O. Bajulaiye, 19, of 2105 Huguenot St., Apt. 1704 in New Rochelle, N.Y. pleaded not guilty to a charge of possession of an alcoholic beverage by a minor on October 14 in South Kingstown.  He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance, pursuant to a signed waiver of extradition, and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for November 10.
  • Gregory H. Madigan, 24, of 50 Hillcrest Park Rd. in Old Greenwich, Conn. was dismissed of a charge of possession of marijuana on August 14 in South Kingstown. 
  • Louis Antonio Pina, 18, of 62 Doyle Ave. in Providence pleaded not guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct on June 28 in South Kingstown.  He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for November 10.
  • Richard P. Surgens, 41, of 4 West Shannock Rd. in Richmond pleaded not guilty to a charge of disorderly conduct on October 15 in South Kingstown.  He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for November 10.
  • Andre C. Paquette, 22, of 32 Farewell St. in Newport pleaded not guilty to a charge  of driving with a suspended license on October 15 in South Kingstown.  He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for December 8.
  • Anthony T. Olivera, 19, of 315 Shore Rd. in Union Beach, N.J. pleaded not guilty to a charge of transportation of alcoholic beverages by a minor on October 14 in South Kingstown.  He was released on $1,000 personal recognizance and a pre-trial conference has been scheduled for November 10.
  • Brian Albert Laverriere, 19, of 82 Concord St. in Portland, Maine entered no plea to a URI Police charge of felony possession of marijuana with intent to deliver on October 26.  He was released on $5,000 bail with surety and a felony court date has been scheduled for November 22 at the State Attorney General’s office.
