The Rhode Island Special Olympics State Summer Games take place this weekend at the University of Rhode Island (URI). This event is free and open to the public.
The opening ceremonies are scheduled to take place on June 1, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. at URI's Meade Stadium. Events will take place rain or shine. Events will move indoors if there is inclement weather.
