The Welcome House has been a continuing non-profit ministry for over twenty-five years. Their primary focus is to the homeless and needy in the South County area. They provide emergency shelter, transitional housing, a daily soup kitchen, as well as supported permanent housing for families and individuals. Aside from meeting all of these practical needs, they also offer something that is rare today: a hope and a future.
Please join us in our efforts to support the Welcome House
as they literally and daily welcome those who, for various reasons, find themselves rejected, homeless, and hungry. By participating in this event you will help ensure that this important and much needed community ministry will be
able to show the love and kindness of Jesus well into the New Year.
“For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me, I was naked and you clothed me, I was sick and you visited me, I was in prison and you came to me.”
Mt 25:35-36
