More than a foot of snow is expected to blanket the region by Monday night.
Another snowstorm that started Saturday is expected to drop more than a foot of snow on the region through Monday night.

- THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TAUNTON HAS ISSUED A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY FOR SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1 AM EST TUESDAY. THE WINTER STORM WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
- LOCATIONS...SOUTHERN RHODE ISLAND.
- ACCUMULATIONS...3 TO 6 INCHES OF SNOW.TIMING...HEAVIEST SNOW THROUGH EARLY AFTERNOON...BUT LIGHT SNOW WILL CONTINUE INTO TONIGHT.
- IMPACTS...HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS CAN BE EXPECTED.
- WINDS...NORTHEAST 10 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.
