The Matty Fund Golf Tournament for Epilepsy

On Saturday, September 19, 2015 The Matty Fund for Epilepsy will hold its 13th annual Matthew Siravo Memorial Golf Tournament to benefit programs and services for children with epilepsy and their families. The tournament will be held at Richmond Country Club in Richmond, RI. Registration fees are $150 per golfer and includes cart & greens fees, dinner and snacks on the course. There will be raffles and contests and new this year a $1000 golf ball drop for epilepsy. hundreds of balls will be dropped and the ball that lands closest too (or in) the  target hole will win $1,000.  *if more than one ball lands in the hole the prize will be divided equally. $20 per numbered golf ball to enter! Tee ponsorships are just $100! to find out more or register online (or enter the golf ball drop) please visit: www.mattyfund.org
