No Joke: Find a Job at RI Hospitality and Tourism Job Fair April 1

Proper dress is required. Dozens of companies will be on hand looking to hire.

You can make some decent money working a good job in the tourism and hospitality industry here in Rhode Island, especially in the summer months.

So now’s the time for anyone looking for work to head to a hospitality and tourism job fair on Wednesday, April 1 at the Roger Williams Park Casino in Providence.

There’s a big list of employers who will be on hand to collect resumes. Who knows, the right person might get a job offer on the spot.

Companies like Chelo’s, Blackstone Caterers, The Block Island Ferry, Hotel Viking, Falvey Linen Supply, Foxwoods, Uber Technologies, Providence Biltmore just to name a bunch.

Roger Williams Park Casino is at 1000 Elmwood Ave., Providence.

The job fair is sponsored by Workforce Solutions Providence/Cranston and the Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training.

Proper dress is required. Bring copies of your resume.

The job fair runs from 1 to 3 p.m.
