Release - Community Forum To Discuss OSPRI Study
OSPRI Research Study,"Why People & Wealth Are Fleeing Rhode Island", to be presented by Mike Stenhouse, Executive Director.

The Ocean State Policy Research Institute (OSPRI) will present the findings of "Leaving Rhode Island: Policy Lessons from Rhode Island's Exodus of People and Money" at a free community-wide forum on Tuesday, March 8 from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. at the Holiday Inn of South Kingstown.
The study looks at Census data and IRS tax return information for all years available—the last 13 years—and attempts to identify the dynamics of RI’s population and wealth migration.
Presenting the findings will be Mr. Mike Stenhouse, who earned an Economics Degree from Harvard University has an extensive business background and also formerly served as chairman for the 2010 multi-partisan RI Clean Slate campaign and as Vice President on the RI Special Olympics Board of Directors.
