Return Qi and Breath To The Roots -1st Connection
Learn how to return Qi and breath to the roots with Leah Franklin.

North Kingstown, RI – Nov. 7, 2014: The Hive RI presents Leah Franklin of Lotus Jewel Qi Energy Center on Monday, December 1, 2014 from 6:00 - 7:30pm @ The Hive RI!
Returning from a 4-year apprenticeship with Qigong Grand Master John Tsai, Master Instructor Leah Franklin explains and demonstrates an ancient system of internal alchemy - Qigong. This method is designed to empower individuals to raise their vitality, protect health, and prolong life; all while cultivating mindfulness and spiritual insight. This ancient technique aligns the body, mind, and breath to recirculate and rejuvenate our body’s life energy.
Qi flow can become blocked from many causes including injury, illness, stress, or poor circulation. Stagnant Qi can produce feelings of pain or sluggishness. The process of Qigong frees these stagnations and promotes wellness.

Leah will be sharing how to return Qi and breath to the roots. The practice awakens spiritual awareness, as well as has positive effects on the cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive, endocrine, immune and central nervous systems.
Former owner and master instructor at Lotus Jewel Qi Energy Center, Leah has been involved with the cultivation of Qi from an early age through the practice of Tai Chi, healthy eating, herbal knowledge and various energy healing skills. She worked for 23 years as a message therapist and practitioner of craniosacral therapy for 8 years before she began her training in Qigong. Through Lotus Jewel, Leah is able to share the precious knowledge of how to cleanse, build and balance Qi energy in the body and ultimately rejuvenate at a cellular level. “Seeing and feeling the amazing healing power of Qi, once the blockages are cleared during a Qi cleansing, reinforces my belief, every day, in the body’s inborn healing ability.”
