South Kingstown Police Looking For 4 Suspects After Friday Home Invasion
Four men sought after police discovered a Peace Dale man had been assaulted.

The South Kingstown Police are looking for four suspects in a home invasion after responding to a 911 call in Peace Dale Friday night according to a press release issued by the department Monday.
The release, issued by Detective Sergeant Joel Ewing-Chow, states that on Friday February 4, 2011 at approximately 9:37 PM the South Kingstown Police Department received a 911 call from 44 King’s Ridge Road in South Kingstown reporting a disturbance in progress. When officers arrived on scene they located a victim bleeding from the head.
The individual stated to officers that four males wearing hooded sweatshirts and bandanas over their faces had entered his residence. Two of the intruders were carrying baseball bats and one was carrying a handgun. They demanded money and two of the intruders struck the resident with the baseball bats causing a laceration to his head. The four suspects then ran out of the home and the police were called.

It is unsure at this time if the suspects got away on foot or in a vehicle. No money was taken from the residence and no other injuries were reported. Anyone having any information about this incident is asked to contact Detective Raymond Lamont at (401)783-3321 ext. 315.
