South Kingstown's High-Level Sex Offenders

There are two Level 3 sex offenders living in South Kingstown, while there are none in Narragansett.

South Kingsotwn has two Level 3 sex offenders living town.

The Level 3 designation is reserved for the most severe offenders, according to the state’s Sex Offender Community Notification Unit. These types of sex offenders pose a ”high risk” to reoffend. They are not wanted by police—and it’s illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

Narragansett has no Level 3 offenders in town.

These are South Kingstown’s Level 3 offenders:

  • Aaron Richardson, 37, of 87 Spring St. He was convicted of first-degree sexual assault against a 19-year-old woman. His probation expires in 2020. He’s required to register as a sex offender for life.
  • Richard Roth, 67, of 128 Pond St. He was convicted of 1st and 2nd Degree Child Molestation. Victims were 7, 8 and 10 year old males known to the offender
