When Will the Snowstorm End in Narragansett, South Kingstown?

A snowstorm dropped about a half-foot of snow on Narragansett and South Kingstown Monday morning—and more accumulation is on the way.

The snow will change to rain in the afternoon and then back to snow until 10 p.m., according to AccuWeather’s hourly forecast:

• 2 p.m. Sleet. 30 degrees.
• 3 p.m. Sleet. 31 degrees.
• 4 p.m. Rain/snow. 30 degrees.
• 5 p.m. Cloudy. 30 degrees.
• 6 p.m. Cloudy. 28 degrees.
• 7 p.m. Snow. 26 degrees.
• 8 p.m. Snow. 24 degrees.
• 9 p.m. Snow. 23 degrees.
• 10 p.m. Cloudy. 21 degrees.
• 11 p.m. Cloudy. 19 degrees.
• Midnight Cloudy. 19 degrees.

About 10 inches of snow will accumulate by the time the storm ends.

Here’s the National Weather Service forecast for Narragansett/South Kingstown for the next few days:

• Tuesday: Sunny. High of 23 degrees, low 17. Wind chill values as low as -3.
• Wednesday: Chance of snow before 3 p.m., then a chance of rain. High 37, low 27.
• Thursday: Chance of snow. High 30, low 9.
