Winnapaug Pond Guided Paddle

Winnapaug Pond, a salt pond in
Westerly, is a wonderful place to explore by canoe/kayak—please join Salt Ponds
Coalition for a guided Paddle!  We will

launch from the Westerly Town Beach overflow parking lot on the north side of
Atlantic Ave. and paddle for about 2.5 hours.   This event is free; parking is also free as
it is after Labor Day.  Please arrive at
least 25 minutes before the launch time, and bring sun screen
and plenty of water.   All paddlers must wear life jackets and
provide their own equipment.  Rain date
