2015 Rhode Island Garden Symposium
URI Master Gardeners Present: Critters, Containers & Native Plants

The University of Rhode Island Master Gardener Association and the URI Outreach Center are pleased to bring you a delightful one day symposium designed for those who want to learn more about creating beautiful outdoor gardens. The sessions will focus on garden pests, unique container gardens, and sustainable plants to ensure healthy landscapes. The keynote speakers, Colleen Plimpton, Louis Raymond, and Doug Tallamy, are accomplished specialists in their fields possessing a wealth of knowledge and expertise who can both educate and entertain. In addition, attendees will have time to browse at the gardeners’ marketplace. Join us on March 7th for Critters, Containers & Native Plants at the URI Center for Biotechnology and Life Sciences on the URI Kingston campus. This one-day session costs $75 and includes lunch as well as morning and afternoon snacks. Preregistration is required. Seating is limited.
