It's time to register! Be one of the first 150 registrants to claim a free race t-shirt.

If you haven’t already discovered the “Best 5K” in RI (RI Monthly ’12) or what a record-setting 400 runners and walkers found in 2014, you can’t miss the Norman Bird Sanctuary’s 9th Annual 5K Run/Walk in honor of David Leys, Jr. on June 20th.
Traditionally held Father’s Day weekend, a breathtaking USATF sanctioned course beginning and ending at NBS, the Frosty Freez Kid’s Run for the under 12 set and music to get the heart pumping welcomes both the veteran competitor and the occasional jogger. Gather your friends, family, co-workers, create a team or come out and cheer – add this race to your “must do” list!
Join us after the race for refreshments and music by DJ Butch!
