Funding addresses needs such as hunger relief, housing and early education
The Bank of America Charitable Foundation recently announced $270,000 in grants to Rhode Island nonprofits dedicated to filling the state’s most critical needs, such as hunger relief, shelter, and educational and social services. The funds support longer-term solutions through access to resources and high-quality programming.
“These nonprofits connect people with resources directly at their point of need,” said Bill Hatfield, Rhode Island president, Bank of America. “The entire community benefits when we work together to put individuals and families on the path to financial stability.”
