Free Concert at the Navy Base

Members of the general public are invited to Naval Station Newport’s Dewey Field Saturday, July 16^th for an evening of great music,free of charge.

Wayz N Means will open for Navy Band Northeast at 5 p.m. with the full Navy concert band taking the stage at approximately 7 p.m.  There will be concessions and a Kids Zone set up on the field.  Attendees should bring lawn chairs and or blankets as seating will not be provided on the field. 

 The general public may enter Gate 1 beginning at 4:30 p.m.  Patrons with Department of Defense Decals may use either Gate 1 (open 24 hrs/7 days a week) or Gate 17 will be open for their use only from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m..   Gates onto Dewey field will open at 4:00 p.m.
