Genie's Hookah Lounge will host a Halloween party featuring special Halloween style hookahs and a package deal including any hookah (except the Halloween special), two sodas or teas, a tapas item, and dessert for $40. Costume judging will occur at 10 p.m. and prizes will be given for sexiest, most original, and funniest costumes. 18+
