Rosemary Kavanagh O'Carroll, First Place Award Winner in the oil painting division at The Newport Art Museum current Members Juried Show, and from the Lady Who Paints Gallery on Bridge Street in Newport, will be painting at her easel and displaying her oil paintings at a booth represented by The Newport Gallery Organization. The NGO are participants at a promotional event designed to help Salve Regina students, faculty and staff get to know and support local businesses. Katie Dyer, CEO of the NGO, and owner of the online store Cadeaux Dumond, will be in attendance, as well as Betty Ann Harris from Harbor Fine Arts Gallery on Spring Street in Newport, will also be displaying paintings from her gallery. All other galleries from the NGO will have brochures available. We will have chocolate!
