Hoppy Holidays at the Newport Storm Brewery

The Newport Storm Brewery will host a “Hoppy Holiday Party” on December 17th from 12-5pm.  The event will feature fresh beer on tap, Brewmaster tours on the brewery floor, ornament making and cheer for all!   Admission is $10 for adults and free for children.  Adult admission includes: beer samples, brewery tours, tasty Thomas Tew rum balls, and a souvenir holiday glass!  Tickets are only available at the door.

This is the second Annual Hoppy Holidays party at the brewery.  Last year over 200 guests attended throughout the day, celebrating the season with Rhode Island’s micro-brew.  Ornament making and pictures with the Brewery Santa ensured fun for all ages.  On tap this year will be their Flagship Hurricane Amber Ale, Rhode Island Blueberry Beer (made with berries from Shartner Farm in Exeter), and Newport Storm: Winter Ale – a chocolaty porter-style brew!

The beer will start flowing at noon for the guests of age.  “Hands-on” brewery and distillery tours will depart on the hour led by Brent Ryan, the Head-Distiller, and Derek Luke, Newport Storm’s Brewmaster.  Tours are limited to twenty people each and are on a first-come first-served basis.
