The Newport Art Museum will offer an introductory two-day workshop "Exploring Japanese Calligraphy" on Saturday June 16 and Sunday June 17, 9:30 am - 12:30 pm. Lois Erhartic will lead the workshop, which is timed to coincide with the Black Ships Festival. No previous art experience is required.
