Harbor Fine Art is sponsoring a paintout and exhibit with the Oil Painters of America. Artists are asked to meet on Cliffwalk at 40 steps Narragansett Ave between 7 & 8 am. Artists will paint anywhere up and down cliff walk til 3 pm. Wet paintings will be to the gallery and hung for a 5 to 8 opening. Paintings will be on display til the 18th of Sept.
