Join us on a creative journey of self-exploration and outrageous fun.

Rock Your Chakra uses the chakra system as a metaphor to examine who we are currently, who we have been and who we are becoming. We'll draw, stretch, ponder and groove to connect with ourselves on the physical, emotional and spiritual levels.

In the first hour, we'll use expressive arts and yoga to feel and catalog the different layers of self. In the second hour, we'll focus on fluid and dynamic movement associated with each chakra; expressing our natural rhythm and connecting to the grace and power of our moving bodies. The final hour is a full on dance party.
