Local singer/songwriter, Sky Sabin will entertain at the Newport Art Museum's after-hours event at the Museum's John N. A. Griswold House, 76 Bellevue Avenue.
Sabin was a big hit at an open mic session in January at the Museum. Guests are encouraged to explore the Museum's galleries, including two exhibitions, "ReCollections/ReConnections" and "Ann Daum: Now and Then, Paintings, Pastels and Prints." Guests can also contribute to The Memories and Messages Project, an initiative to collect oral histories, messages and original artwork as part of the Museum's Centennial celebrations.
Monthly 4th Friday events feature live entertainment, open galleries, art making, special guests, and a cash bar. Admission is $5 for Newport Art Museum members, $8 for non-members. Reservations are not necessary.
