The Newport Secret Garden Tours sponsors a Teddy Bear Picnic in conjunction with the Newport Public Library, Newport Hospital and Ben & Jerry's. This event features stories, a well bear clinic, special treats and a performance by Judy Pancoast. Rain or shine - will move inside the Newport Rec. Department Hut if it rains. Families should bring chairs or blankets , teddy bears and a picnic and join in on the fun.
