Teens! Join Teen Time this week to make some flavorfully frightening candy and scrumptiously scary cupcakes! We'll be melting chocolates in all sort of Halloween colors and decorating cupcakes. You can munch your creations as you make them, or take them home. All supplies and devilishly delicious refreshments are free! For teens in grades 7 to 12. Join the fun at Teen Time every Monday afternoon, starting at 4:00 p.m., at the Newport Public Library!
