On Bike to Work Day, everyone's encouraged to cycle to the job, instead of driving.
NEWPORT, RI — Friday's Bike to Work Day in Newport. Bike Newport is asking everyone who can cycle to work to join the effort and not drive. As a sweetener, the group also plans a breakfast for the morning commute and an afternoon get-together for the ride home.
