NEWPORT, RI—A ceremony was held in St. Mary's Episcopal Church Cemetery on July 28. The ceremony honored the founder of the Naval War College, Rear Adm. Stephen B. Luce, who died 100 years ago. Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Jess Lewis sent these photographs.
