RHODE ISLAND — Rainy, slushy weather is possible during the first half of the weekend, though travel impacts should be minimal. Little to no snow accumulation is expected across Rhode Island, according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service.
There's a chance of a ran-snow mix starting after midnight and lasting through the morning on Saturday, followed by another chance for rain after 4 p.m.
Clear skies are in the forecast for Superbowl Sunday, with highs in the mid-40s during the day, falling to the 30s after kickoff.
