• New Shoreham HDC Continues High Street Hotel Renovation (upriseri.com) — If you care about New Shoreham's historic look, a proposed renovation of a late-1800s High Street building for two hotel rooms is on hold after the Historic District Commission raised concerns. Members questioned a five-foot roof height increase, modern-looking dormers, and an exterior stair location, sending the applicant back to revise plans before a future hearing.
