Community Update

One of the most condescending and ridiculously unhelpful kitchen design centers we have ever been in! We asked questions to help think through the design, and Joan retorts back that they can't do that or don't want to because it is too traditional looking and too outdated for her style. As she keeps her tone, we ask for information on general pricing and what ranges we could be looking at and she says that its all impossible, but WOULD NOT GIVE US EVEN A BALL PARK. We are just discussed the fact that we were just starting designs and need more information, but she would not even work with us, she just gave a tone and said it was impossible! I would give this place zero starts if it allowed! Noone should ever be treated like this after coming in off of the street, especially when looking to spend upwards of tens of thousands of dollars in their showroom! Unless approached by management with a very sincere and large apology, would NEVER step foot in the place again, and I LOVE to shop local!
