NKAC Call to Artists Applications due May 12
Please get your applications in ASAP. We can't wait to see your ideas!The NK Arts Council is looking for original art that will be hidden on local hiking paths. The council will pay ~$15-20 for the pieces that should be able to withstand the elements. Please go towww.NKArtsCouncil.org for details and an application. Applications are due May 12. Artists will be informed by May 28. Selected art will need to be completed by July 7. "ArtVenture", hiking with the arts in mind, will begin July 19 and end August 16. We'll have a "Meet Your Artist" gathering August 19. Artists will be featured on the arts council website along with samples of their art. When art is found, the finders will post their "find" on our website. Art will be numbered and signed. We're very excited to see your art!Call 401.932.6373 if you have questions
