The Willett Free Library in Saunderstown, RI, will hold its 48th Annual Book, Bake and Art Sale on Saturday, July 19, 2014 from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon at the Saunderstown Post Office Park (intersection of Route 1A and Ferry Road).
At this sale you will find:
- a large and varied selection of books for adults - hardcover, paperback and audio;
- a HUGE number of children's books, hardcover and paperback;
- an excellent assortment of "collectible" books;
- a complete set of 1961 Encyclopedia Britannica;
- a set of Harvard Classics;
- several local artists exhibiting and selling their handiwork;
- three local authors who will talk about…and sell…their books;
- delicious home-baked goods, lemonade, and Granny Squibb's Iced Tea to refresh you while you browse and shop.
Money raised from this event helps to fund the operation of the library which, established in 1886, is the oldest public library in North Kingstown. Please join us.
