The North Kingstown Fire Department saved a dog that fell through the ice at Ryan Park.
North Kingstown firefighters saved a dog that fell through the ice at Ryan Park this morning. Private David Shogren (pictured above) was deployed on one of the North Kingstown Fire Department's ice rescue sleds to save the canine.
