The North Kingstown Free Library will host a program about Rhode Island Disasters today at 6:30 p.m.
Jim Ignasher will present some of the twenty-three long-forgotten tales of disaster in the Ocean State that he details in his latest book. Through his research of declassified government reports, Ignasher will be telling some stories in their entirety for the first time.
