YOGA IN NATURE

Join us in a FAMILY Yoga Class. Listen to the birds and the laughter of children as we bend and stretch and imitate the world around us through movement. ALL AGES WELCOME.
Please bring water, a yoga mat, and blanket for children. Dress to move. Class will be OUTSIDE, weather permitting.
