Farmer’s Markets and Art-two great things that go great together!

North Kingstown, RI – March 3, 2014: The Hive RI will open “The Expressive Heart” art exhibition in conjunction with the Coastal Growers Winter Farmers Market this Saturday, March 8, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The Expressive Heart art exhibition showcases local and regional South County artists that represent expressions of the heart. The Hive RI’s on-going show will be open this Saturday in conjunction with The Coastal Growers Winter Farmers Market, that runs every Saturday from 10:00-1:00 in the Rodman building of the historic Lafayette Mill.  The CGFM promotes growing a local food system that values the environment, health, and quality of life of RI farmers.

The Expressive Heart show’s pieces are for sale and the public is always welcome to view the works at The Hive RI during regular business hours, at special requests, or by appointment.
