Five Arrested Following Bowling Alley Altercation

Police arrested several young men after a fight at Kingstown Bowl just before midnight on Aug. 25.
Jeffrey Laflamme, 19, of 21 Navy Drive; Jameel A. Dudley, 21, of 8 Sutton Lane, Apt. 301; Jordan Andrew Leveille, 18, of 46 Yorktown Road and Andrew Cavanaugh, 18, of 11 Bruster Drive and Justin Luis Laplume, 19, of 120 Sheffield Hill Road in Exeter were all charged after police responded reports of a fight. According to police, Leveille and Dudley assaulted a 62-year-old bowling alley employee outside the restroom, allegedly pushing him into a set of lockers and punching him in the face and head. Shortly thereafter, Laflamme, Laplume and Cavanuagh entered the bowling alley and tried to get involved, police report.
Two other men at the scene broke up the fight before Leveille, Laplume and Cavanaugh fled, reports indicate. Police found Laplume next door at , where he allegedly admitted during an interview that he had punched two people during the scuffle. According to reports, officers found Leveille and Cavanaugh attempting to escape the area through hole in the fence. Leveille allegedly admitted to assaulting the 62-year-old man while Cavanaugh reportedly denied assaulting anyone, but admitted to assisting his friends.

As police escorted Dudley out of the building, he alleged he had “done nothing wrong” and accused police of hitting him. “Look what you did to my face! You beat me up,” he reportedly yelled.
Leveille, Laplume and Dudey are charged with felony assault on a person over the age of 60 and disorderly conduct. Laflamme and Cavanaugh are charged with disorderly conduct.
