At the Girl Scouts of RI annual meeting held May 1st at the O Club in Quonset, NK resident Christine Rowder Stevens was honored for her 15 years of service to Girl Scouting. Chris has been a volunteer for Girl Scouts of Rhode Island for the past 15 years. She was a troop co-leader for 10 years, graduating several scouts with their Bronze, Silver, and Gold Awards. She continues to serve as the Membership Coordinator for the North Kingstown/Jamestown service unit, and has been a trainer for 10 years. Chris is a recipient of the Appreciation Pin and a member of the Higher Awards Committee since 2010.
